1. Program Description
Joseph Services LLC is a motor carrier operating under MC-1209517 and USDOT 3580883. We haul freight on our own trucks, with our own drivers. We send the following types of SMS messages to the shippers, consignees, and facilities involved in a shipment we are carrying:
- Conversational messages: Two-way coordination about a load we are quoting or carrying
- Informational messages: Rate confirmations, appointment times, arrival and departure updates, delays, schedule changes, and delivery paperwork
We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages, and we do not text on behalf of any other company.
2. Consent and Opt-In
You consent to receive SMS messages from Joseph Services LLC by:
- Checking the SMS consent box on the contact form or the freight quote form at josephservicesllc.com/contact
- Giving us your mobile number verbally or in writing when you ask us to quote or carry a shipment
- Signing a rate confirmation or transportation agreement that includes your mobile number
Consent is not required as a condition of using our services, and we will still quote and haul your freight if you would rather we called.
3. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation. No further messages will be sent to that number.

5. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies with how many shipments you have moving with us. A single load usually means a handful of messages between booking and delivery; a quote that goes nowhere usually means none. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.
