We are a motor carrier. We own the tractors and the trailers, we employ the drivers, and we move freight on operating authority issued to this company. Nobody hands your load to somebody else once it is booked.

Are you a broker?
No. Joseph Services LLC holds motor carrier authority, not brokerage authority. We do not re-broker freight, we do not dispatch for other carriers, and we are nobody's agent. When we accept a load, one of our three trucks moves it.
Three trucks. Can you handle my freight?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no, and you will get the honest answer on the phone rather than a booking we cannot cover. Three power units means we can commit properly to a small number of shippers instead of over-promising to a large number.
If the volume is beyond us, we will tell you on the first call. That is cheaper for both of us than finding out at the dock.
Where do you run?
We are based in Fredericksburg, Pennsylvania and we hold interstate operating authority, so there is no state line we are not permitted to cross. With a fleet this size the real question is whether a particular lane fits the week, so ask about your lane specifically and we will tell you what we can do with it.
What have you hauled?
Dry van and reefer freight, and open-deck work: bundled steel, a transformer, tarped loads, light towers. The photographs across this site are those loads and those trailers. None of them is stock photography.
Who answers the phone?
Somebody at this company, on 908-768-5288. There is no call centre between you and the fleet, because at three trucks there is nothing for one to do.
