Joseph Services LLC is a motor carrier with three trucks and two drivers. You would be driving our equipment, on our operating authority, for us. Not leased on, not owner-operator, not dispatched: employed by the company whose name is on the door.

What the work actually is
We haul freight for shippers on our own authority, out of a yard on US-22 in Fredericksburg. Dry van and reefer freight, and open-deck work that has to be strapped, chained and tarped properly.
Three trucks means you are not a number in a fleet of four hundred. It also means the week is not always the same shape, and we would rather say that here than have you find it out in month two. If you want a predictable lane, ask about it on the call and we will tell you honestly whether we have one.
Pay, schedule and home time are settled on the phone with the person who runs the company, against the work that is actually on the books. We are not going to print a number on a web page and then negotiate you down from it.

What we need from you
Driver requirements
- Licence
- Valid CDL Class A
- Driving record
- Clean MVR, and we will pull it
- Experience
- Verifiable Class A experience — tell us how much and what you pulled
- Medical
- Current DOT medical certificate
- Clearinghouse
- Registered, and clear to drive
- Right to work
- Legally authorised to work in the United States
- Open deck
- Securement and tarping experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Endorsements
- List whatever you hold. None is a disqualifier
If you are short one of these but think you are right for the seat, call and say so. At this size a decision does not have to go through a department.

Joseph Services LLC, a motor carrier registered with the FMCSA and running on its own authority. Not a dispatch service, not a broker, and not somebody else's trucks with a decal on them.
